How We Work with Subcontractors
Pustola & Associates is proud to work with high-quality subcontractors and suppliers. We place a special emphasis on ensuring that our vendors adhere to the industry's highest safety standards and carry all required insurances.
Subcontractors and suppliers can submit their qualifications using the form below. Our Estimating department will contact you when we are in need of subcontractors in your field.
Documents
Pustola & Associates must have on file a copy of all Subcontractors current certificate of insurance meeting our requirements prior to any work beginning and before any payments can be released.
All invoicing must be submitted on AIA G702 and G703 documents in a typed format. Applications which include Change Orders that have not been approved will be rejected. Submission date of payment applications is project specific and projected through the end of the month; refer to Section 11.3 in your AIA Subcontractor Contract.
Pustola & Associates must have on file a copy of all Subcontractors completed W9 forms prior to any work commencing and before any payments can be released.
