Pustola & Associates provided complete Architectural/Engineering Design Build services to facilitate Psychogenics planned expansion into The Landmark at Eastview, a science research park located in Westchester County, NY. This state of the art 27,000sf facility included the renovation of an existing building space to accommodate new administrative office space and nearly 18,000sf of lab space.

Pustola & Associated was contracted by Cara Therapeutics to build their new 41,000sf office space with a state of the art research laboratory and vivarium.

Aureon Laboratories

Pustola provided complete A/E Design/Build services for Aueron Biosciences new 14,000sf lab and administration offices located in Yonkers, NY. The project included labs, tissue storage rooms, offices, conference rooms, explosion proof rooms, dark room, sanitation facilities, humidity controls, positive and negative air pressurization, distilled water, liquid nitrogen and emergency generation systems.

Shelton Scientific

Pustola was retained by Shelton Scientific to provide A/E and Construction services for an expansion of their corporate offices and research center. The two-story pre-engineered steel and masonry addition provided additional administrative, R&D laboratory and laboratory support services space. The new facilities were designed to match existing building architecture while providing enhanced building systems function, energy efficiency and space allocation.

iPark Norwalk

Pustola & Associates was contracted by iPark Norwalk to transform the entire property of the former Perkin Elmer into the efficient, high-tech 30-acre office campus that it is today. i.Park features oversized windows, high ceilings and flexible layouts with expansion options as well as sustainable design features.

iPark Norwalk Medical Complex

i.park Norwalk contracted with Pustola to convert a 375,000 sq. ft. mixed use office, industrial complex to medical and office space. In addition to site work, new entrances, lobbies and common areas, energy efficient electrical and HVAC systems were installed to make the adaptive reuse complete. The initial tenant leased a 100,000 sq. ft. space. As part of the design/build approach the architects and engineers of Pustola consult with individual medical practices to design upscale spaces to meet their specific needs. The result is the creation of a new total care facility under the Norwalk Hospital vision.

Soundview Medical

The group medical practice started 10 years ago with seven doctors and 25 employees at a 17,000- square foot building on West Avenue. It now has 16 doctors, 90 employees and a brand new 25,000-square-foot, state-of-the art home. Soundview Medical Associates is one of the first tenants to open at i.park, a brand new 350,000 square foot Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certifiable building on the Norwalk/Wilton border at the former site of Perkin-Elmer.

Advanced Pediatrics

The center has 15,000 square feet and has added features such as diabetes and endocrinology services and emergency care. Each of the 22 exam rooms, some of which are specifically designed for infants, feature a flat-screen TV with the programming. There is also a separate adolescent waiting room with computers for doing homework.

Connecticut Dermatology

The 5,100 square foot design of The Connecticut Dermatology Group located on the first floor of Norwalk Hospital included the addition of nine exam rooms, three restrooms, nurse station, four doctors offices, 25 person waiting room, conference room, and a shared lab.

Arch Foot Care

A blend of color and design provides a unique contemporary look yet a comfortable feeling for an expanding podiatry office. The reception area combines the function of the office manager and nurses station into a cohesive functioning practice. The 2500 Sq. Ft facility also includes 6 exam rooms, xray room, break room, 2 doctors offices, private toilet facilities and a waiting area with large display racks and seating for 14 patients.
