Stephen Pustola, P.E., President
Stephen Pustola is the founder of Pustola & Associates and is responsible for executive management of all aspects of contracting and development services. Stephen has developed a solid reputation for completing projects on time and within budget and developed a solid, repeat client base. His experience includes a vast array of retail build-outs, new commercial construction, as well as public projects in the tri-state area. Stephen is originally from Yonkers, NY and received his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College in 1982.
Kyle Pustola, P.E., Head Engineer
Kyle Pustola is a second generation civil and structural engineer. He has experience designing a wide variety of projects, focusing on building design. Kyle coordinates the design and drafting department and works closely with the construction side of our company to provide value engineered, well thought construction documents. He researches cutting edge technology and incorporates new design practices into the workflow to keep Pustola & Associates up to date with the latest in available construction materials, products, and design software, in order to provide the best final products to our clients. Kyle has a keen interest and experience in designing energy efficient structures to maximize the owners return on their building investment.
Michael Trombetta, Project Manager
As Project Manager, Mike oversees our projects from start to finish. With over 30 years of experience in the building industry, Mike has brought valuable synchronization and management skills to our team. His duties include keeping the project on schedule, on budget, and serving as a primary link to our clients. Mikes vast experience and extensive knowledge of construction serves as an asset to our process.
John Strang, Project Manager / Chief Estimator
As Senior Estimator/Project Manager, John handles our preconstruction and construction needs and has overseen most of our design-build projects from concept to 100% completion. With 19 years at Pustola & Associates, John has a diverse and deep background comprised of many different construction projects.
Zachary Rowley, Project Manager
As Project Manager, Zach works alongside our Superintendents and Estimator updating schedules, coordinating subcontractors, managing submittals and assisting with cost and document control.
After working for several large firms near his hometown of Gilbert, Arizona, Zach relocated and joined our firm in 2017.
Bruce Hollis, Architect
With 35 years of experience, Bruce is our in-house licensed Architect as well as our Registered Interior Designer. He has a wide range of experience in building type, with a number of landmark projects to his credit. He is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a bachelors in Architectural Technologies.

Over the course of his varied career, John has been involved in product design, sales, strategic planning, and operational support for a variety of firms and is excited to use his general contracting knowledge and experience to provide clients with an exceptional level of service. John is passionate about understanding the customer's wants and needs to find the best solution Pustola & Associates can offer.
Jill Pustola, Office Manager
Jill maintains and organizes our office operations and procedures. Working alongside her husband, Stephen Pustola, for the past 25 years, she has assisted in establishing and implementing office procedures, human resource policies, programs and practices and disseminating the information to our staff. Jill also handles our companies financial tasks and accounting records.
Jamie Rogers, Administrative Assistant
Jamie has spent over eleven years with Pustola & Associates managing the core day-to-day functions of the company. Her role is primarily in the accounting department as well as providing administrative support to the principal and project managers.
Lulu is the current Paw-resident of Pustola & Associates. Lulu spends most of her days in the office greeting guests, supervising meetings, and taking naps in the middle of the office. She is usually found tossing a bone to herself or going desk to desk ensuring all work is complete and everyone is on task.
