Pustola & Associates was the builder and general contractor for Westchester Tractors’ new sales and service facility in Brewster, New York.  The building was constructed utilizing a steel structure with a masonry veneer.  Attractive exterior detail work provides character at minimal additional cost.  The sales, service, parts, repair and administrative offices were designed for efficient work flow and interaction amongst departments. The project included extensive site work and a reinforced concrete floor to support two heavy duty lifts in the service area.
