Pustola & Associates contracted with i.park’s developer, Hudson View Associates, to provide A/E Design/Build Services for multiple Adaptive Re-use projects including the Design and Construction of building renovations and new construction for:

Computer Clean 5,000 SF
DDF/HDS Cosmetic Co. 30,000 SF
Kawasaki 35,000 SF
Mercy College 60,000 SF
Arthur Avenue Restaurant 7,000 SF
City of Yonkers Board of Education 42,000 SF

Work on the multi-building complex included major renovations to infrastructure and services including heating plants, main electric services/distribution systems, water mains, dry & wet sprinkler systems and installation of new fiber optics, etc.
