In addition to site work, Pustola & Associates design/built new entrances, lobbies and common areas. Energy efficient electrical and HVAC systems were installed to make the adaptive reuse complete. The initial tenant, Norwalk Hospital, rented a 100,000 sq/ft space. As part of the design/build approach the architects and engineers of Pustola & Associates consult with individual medical practices to design upscale spaces to meet their specific needs. The result is the creation of a new total care facility under the Norwalk Hospital vision.        <-- go back
